Andrew + Kathryn, Engaged!

Andrew and Kathryn have been together for 11 years…yes, that’s not a typo, 11!!  They are high school sweethearts and Andrew popped the question over dinner in Cinderella’s castle at Disneyworld!  I have to say that Andrew is one lucky man- Kathryn is one of the sweetest girls that I’ve ever had the opportunity of meeting, and I was honored to not only take her engagement photos, but to also be a bridesmaid!  Congrats you two, I am so happy for you and can’t wait until the wedding.  They were such great sports on the shoot, and were up for anything- even jumping two fences to get that perfect shot.  And special thanks to our friend Ashley for being our jeweler/blotter/holder of fruit and waters…you were the best!!  Here is a sneak peek of their engagement photos:

Bridal Portraits in Wilmington, NC

I love everything about weddings!  I never got rid of that wedding bug (we’ll be celebrating 2 years in April!), which is helpful for my friends and clients that are planning their wedding.  I held a mega bridal shoot in Wilmington, NC and had amazing vendors to boot!  If you’re in the area and getting married, check out these fantastic wedding vendors:

Fountaine Bridal Lindsey owns Fountaine Bridal and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.  She helped me choose my wedding gown, earrings, and flower hairpin for my wedding and she really makes you feel at ease.

Kimberly Skaletsky-Hair.  Kim is incredibly talented and I highly recommend her!  She did hair for Brooke and Lauren.  Kim recently relocated to Raleigh, so if you’re interested in getting in touch with her, please let me know!

Charli Woodward- Makeup.  You know, I think it really takes talent to be a makeup artist.  Charli was incredibly nice and gave us tips as she worked.  She works out of Lavish Salon, off Military Cutoff in Wilmington, NC, and also does lash extensions!

Twins!

Heather and James were one of my first clients when Snapbug Photography was born, and I was ecstatic when they called me to tell me they were pregnant-with twins!  Landon and Grayson are absolutely adorable, and Heather is one of the most amazing mothers I’ve ever met.  I can’t wait to see these two grow up!

Day After Session Sneak Peek!

My wonderful cousin was married to her beau of 8 years in Palm Beach, FL.  Everything was absolutely perfect for Jeanne and Peter, and their wedding was hands-down one of the most gorgeous weddings I’ve ever been to!  She designed a lot of the little details to make her wedding extra special and uber personal, including the flowers in her hair!  (She also made a different flower for each bridesmaid to wear in their hair-if you’d like more info on them just email me!)  The next morning we woke up and headed to St. Augustine for Jeanne and Peter’s Day After Session.  Here are just a few!  Her wedding will be coming soon!

PS) All 2010 weddings that are booked by November 1st will receive $150 off!
